Exodus Auto Exchange LLC
Independent used car dealership in Canton. The first company. He buys the inventory, sets the pricing rules, and runs the floor process he teaches.
Exodus Auto Exchange LLC, CantonTwo dealerships built. Both still open.
President & CEO
He owns two car dealerships in Ohio and built both of them himself. This practice sells what that taught him.
The short version
Cane started in cars at the bottom, selling units at somebody else's location. He learned the floor, then the desk, then the buying, and eventually opened Exodus Auto Exchange LLC in Canton with his own money and no partners.
It worked, so he opened a second location under a different name: Expert Auto Exchange LLC in Cleveland. Both are open. He is on one of those two floors most weeks, and that is deliberate. He does not want to be a consultant who has not sold anything in years.
Along the way, other owners started calling. A friend with a dealership in another market wanted his floor process. A contractor wanted to know why his estimators could not close. A furniture retailer wanted his pay plan looked at. He did that work on the side for years before deciding to charge for it properly.
Expert Executive Sales Consultants LLC is that work, done deliberately.

The three companies

The three servicesWhy he consults
Two stores can only grow so fast, and he found he liked the diagnosis more than the routine. Walking into a business, watching for two days, and telling the owner the thing nobody in the building will say out loud is the part of the work he wants more of.
There is also a limit on it. He takes a small number of clients at a time, because he does the work himself and he still has two stores to run.
How he talks
Direct, and occasionally blunt. If you want a consultant who agrees with you in meetings, there are cheaper ones. On the first call he will tell you what he thinks is wrong, including the parts that are your fault.
No gatekeeper. The form goes to his phone.
